A must for fans of Soltzhenitsyn. It covers the whole range of his work and inbcludes who else but Lenin. Of course nothing can ever superceded The Gyulag, but this has extracts. I kept reading ti until the volume started to fall apart at the back, so that was a problem, not with Soltzhenitsyn, but the publiers of this fat volume, ISI Books.
Just found out about this author by listening to Jordan Peterson on Youtube.
A must read for all people.

A great perspective on new material on Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn; very intellectual reader.
Many have intelligence, few have vision. Solzhenitsyn is one of the few who has both. He knows the truth and has dedicated most of his life to proclaiming it. Reading from this book reunited me with a friend whose voice I had not heard in years, and I found myself appreciating it more than ever. It is a little sad to realize you are part of a great civilization which is on it's way down the toilet, but it is so important to recognize it and not turn away from it and to not be pulled into the whirlpool of lies and deceipt and self indulgence which is rapidly destroying the west. Real Chistians, not the superficial phoney ones who shame the faith, need to recognize what is happening in the world today and, more than ever before, be a people apart, of the world but not part of the world. I give thanks to this great and noble man who fearlessly proclaimed the truth his whole life long, his works are a great help to those who would wish to follow a similar path.
